This is an appeal from a conviction for misdemeanor possession of marihuana. The court assessed punishment at 180 days confinement and a $300 fine, probated. In his sole ground of error the appellant contends the trial court erred in admitting into evidence marihuana which was discovered subsequent to an illegal investigative stop.
