Jimmie Lee Elmore v. State Indiana

The petitioner-appellant, Solar Sources, Inc., (Solar) appeals from a summary judgment in favor of the Air Pollution Control Board of the State of Indiana (Board), claiming Solar was not properly notified of the Boards decision so that it could timely file its petition for review as required by Section 14 of the Indiana Administrative Adjudication Act (Ind. Code § 4-22-1-14).
