Jimmie Ronald Butler v. State Texas

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of conspiracy to commit capital murder. Appellant was found guilty by a jury and, following a pre-sentence investigation, the trial court assessed his punishment at confinement for thirty years in the Texas Department of Corrections. We affirm.
