Joelson v. City of Casper

This is an action by the City of Casper, plaintiff-appellee, against Jeanne Joelson, defendant-appellant, to enjoin and restrain Ms. Joelson from keeping, maintaining and using a carport and a garage on her property, in violation of the citys ordinances.
