Monahan (hereafter the taxpayer) to review a decision and order of the Wisconsin Board of Tax Appeals (hereafter the board) entered May 3, 1962, which affirmed a partial denial by the Wisconsin Department of Taxation (hereafter department) of an application by the taxpayer for abatement of an assessment of additional income taxes.
