John A. Rathmell v. Mary Ann Rathmell Morrison

John A. Rathmell appeals a judgment rendered against him in his former wifes bill of review attack on their divorce decree and property settlement agreement. Following a trial, judgment was rendered in favor of appellee Mary Ann Rathmell Morrison and against appellant John A. Rathmell in the amount of $3,000,000. Appellant brings seventeen points of error. We reverse and remand.
