Two actions in the district court for Scott county, heard together below and on appeal, by the holders of certain licenses
to sell nonintoxicating malt liquor, for injunctions restraining the county of Scott and certain county and township officers,
the city of Shakopee and certain municipal officers, and Dudley C. Ericson as state liquor control commissioner from canceling
said licenses pursuant to M.S.A. § 340.025, and for judgment that said statute is unconstitutional. Defendants' demurrers
to the complaint were overruled, and plaintiffs' motions for temporary injunctions were granted, Joseph J. Moriarty, Judge.
From the part of the orders granting the temporary injunctions, defendants appealed. AUTHOR: LORING
