HAMILTON, Judge. This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of appellee against appellants in an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by appellee as a result of a fall from an amusement device known as a Ferris Wheel, which was alleged to have been operated by appellants at the Indiana State Fairground August 31, 1941.
