"The record in the instant case discloses that the complainant in this cause on the 27th day of October, 1925, filed in the
Circuit Court for the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Taylor County, in Chancery, his bill of complaint seeking
to quiet his title to certain lands in Taylor County, Florida, and the said bill of complaint described one known defendant
claiming some unknown interest in th said lands and other defendants shown by the said bill of complaint to be unknown to
the complaint.
