Broken doesn't describe him. 

His demons now define him. 

Brody. 

The name that left my lips so many times. 

The name that stole my heart. 

The name that made me into the woman I am today. 

The name that eventually shattered my world so completely. 

He built me up, with love and desire - his darkness tore me down. 

Now he's gone. 

Out there – trying to fight a battle that isn't his to fight.
