Lawhead V. United Airlines

This appeal arises from a decision by the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board (Board) to affirm an order issued by the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations (Director). The Board below ordered appellants United Air Lines and Pacific Insurance Co. to pay a workers' compensation claim submitted by appellee Priscilla A. Lawhead.
