M.N. v. Department of Children and Families

The State of Florida appeals the trial courts order granting appellee Eusebio Hernandezs Motion to suppress and denying, in part, the States motion in limine. We treat the notice of appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari and deny the writ, finding that the trial court did not depart from the essential requirements of the law in excluding the co-defendants out-of-court statements.
