H & F Tires, L.P., a Michigan Limited Partnership ("H & F"), appeals the trial courts non-final order denying its motion to vacate a default judgment as to liability entered in favor of appellees, D. Gladis Company, Inc., a Florida Corporation, and Jambco Millwork, Inc., a Florida Corporation (collectively referred to as "Gladis"). We reverse.
