Mack Oil Company v. Laurence

1 Plaintiff, executrix of R.M. Laurence, deceased, brought this action against the corporate defendant, lessee and operator of an oil and gas lease, seeking an accounting and judgment for money determined to be due by reason of defendants alleged wrongful sale of water from a well drilled by defendant upon the premises involved.
