Submitted: October 18, 2004 In this consolidated appeal, Patrick T. Manion, Jr., challenges the district court's1 order confirming an arbitration award in favor of the Boat Dealers' Alliance, Inc. (BDA), and Patrick and Nancy Manion contest the district court's order dismissing their claims against individual members of BDA (the Members). We affirm. BACKGROUND
