Mann v. Mueller

Appellant seeks to recover damages for injury to his cotton crop. His complaint contains two causes of action, in the first of which he alleges that on or about June 16 and 22, 1953, the defendant irrigation district, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its employees, sprayed with "2-4-D," or other chemical, or otherwise treated the lands of the Filaree drain and land adjacent thereto in Imperial County; that these chemicals drifted,
