Mann v. Varney Construction

Old Republic Title Company of St. Louis appeals the judgment in favor of Midwest Bankcentre on Midwest Banks negligence claim, and in favor of William Schierholz, III ("Son") and Rising Phoenix Development, L.L.C. on Old Republics cross-claims for breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and negligent misrepresentation. We affirm.
