Publisher Description
Marco Reginelli was a noteworthy gangster in the Camden, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region. He was linked closely to both Vito Genovese and Gerardo Catena. Each of them was a notorious crime boss. Reginelli was in trouble with the law from the late 1920s. In 1930 he was among a group of Camden residents held on weapons carrying charges. Altogether six suspects were detained for stashing shotguns, repeating rifles, revolvers and loads of ammunition in various Camden area residences. Camden Police and a judge believed these same individuals knew precisely who killed Camden bootlegger William "Big Bill" Weirman during an April 28, 1930 robbery.
