Mcintosh v. Commonwealth of Kentucky

LESTER, Judge. These three appeals emanate from judgments of conviction which had their inception in a single indictment containing two counts charging each of the appellants with wanton endangerment in the first degree and criminal mischief in the first degree. Different penalties were assessed. Although three separate appeals were taken, the Lee Circuit Court conducted but one trial.
