Opinion of the Court by Gerald W. VandeWalle, Justice. Nadine Heimer brought this negligence action against R. A. Privratsky, a licensed optometrist, R. A. Privratsky, O.D., Ltd.,
a North Dakota corporation, and Joan Sailer, an employee of the corporation. We reverse the summary judgment and remand for
further proceedings.
