Otto S. Johnson v. Hartford Accident

Upon the facts stated in the opinion, it is held that the court erred in refusing to bring in an additional party defendant, not under G.S. 1923 (2 Mason, 1927) ? 9181, but in the exercise of its inherent power to bring into court an additional party whenever it is necessary for the complete administration of justice.
