This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of Harris county Childrens Protective Services ("CPS"), terminating the parental rights of appellants, Patrick Shearer and wife, Glenda Shearer, with respect to their two minor children. Both parents, and the two children through their attorney ad litem, appeal from the termination decree. We reverse the judgment and remand the cause.
