Casey, J. Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Williams, J.), entered August 13, 1984 in Ulster County, which granted plaintiffs' motion to consolidate three actions. Defendants contend that Special Term erred in consolidating the negligence actions by different plaintiffs seeking to recover for injuries sustained in two separate football games. We agree.
