Pearl Miller v. E. H. Carr

This case is here on writ of error to a judgment on demurrer directed to counts one, two, three and four of the third amended
declaration. An order was entered by the lower court sustaining the demurrer when the plaintiff declined to plead further,
and a judgment was entered for defendant and writ of error was sued out to this court.
