People Ex Rel. Bowman v. Woodward

The plaintiff, TAD, Inc., brought this action to recover damages Page 1002 sustained due to the alleged tortious conduct of the defendants. Following a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County, a verdict was entered in plaintiffs favor. Plaintiff appeals from that portion of the judgment order which provided for damages in the amount of $4206.45. The defendants cross-appeal.
