Order On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's order of December 21, 1993 is considered. The order is amended to show Justice Boyle as not participating in order to correct a clerical error. In all other respects, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED because it does not otherwise appear that the order was entered erroneously. Boyle, J., not participating.
