People State New York v. Raymond W. Hoffman and Robert J. Ryder

The suit below was for additional payment for work done under a construction contract for the laying of sewer lines in the
City of Juneau, Alaska. At the close of the testimony of plaintiff-appellant's first witness the trial Judge granted defendant-appellee's
motion to dismiss the first thirteen paragraphs of the complaint.
