Descrição da editora
Following his arrest for possession of cocaine, defendant moved to quash the search warrant and suppress the evidence. The trial court granted defendant's motion. The State now appeals. The issues on appeal are: (1) whether the investigatory stop of defendant was proper; and (2) whether defendant voluntarily surrendered his travel bag.
