R. H. Schiro v. Fred Raymond

Action in the district court for Renville county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff arising out of an automobile collision. The case was tried before Harold Baker, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict was returned for defendant. Plaintiff appealed from an order denying his motion for a new trial.
