BOWEN, PRESIDING JUDGE The appellant, Rex M. Henderson, was convicted by a jury for the crime of promoting gambling. His $300 fine was suspended upon his making a $300 contribution to Habitat for Humanity, and he was ordered to pay court costs and $50 to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund. Three issues are raised in this appeal.
