Stancle v. State

Rufus Stancle appeals the summary denial of his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 based on several claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm the denial as to all claims of ineffective assistance of counsel except Stancles claim alleging that trial counsels performance was deficient for failing to file a motion to suppress Stancles statement made to the police after being given defective Mirandawarnings.
