State v. Benvenuto

Stirba ¶1 Defendant Jorge Martin Benvenuto appeals the district court's denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Benvenuto pled guilty to one count of aggravated murder and one count of attempted aggravated murder. Benvenuto then moved to withdraw his plea. The district court held a hearing, ruled that Benvenuto did not have good cause to withdraw the plea, and denied the motion. We affirm.
