The opinion of the court was delivered by This is an action to recover damages for injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a fall from a trailer while loading hay in a field as a farm hand. The plaintiff confessed a demurrer directed against the original petition and was granted leave to file an amended petition. This appeal is from an order of the trial court overruling the defendant's motion to strike the amended petition from the files and dismiss the action with prejudice, and also from an order of the trial court overruling a demurrer to the amended petition.
