This is an action to recover on a written contract wherein plaintiff sought to recover the sum of $1,350, together with interest, attorneys fees, and costs. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants and plaintiff appealed from the judgment - Page 350 entered thereon in the district court of the fourth judicial district, Lake County.
