Union National Bank of Little Rock v. Federal National Mortgage Association

HEANEY, Circuit Judge. Union National Bank of Little Rock (Union) appeals from an order of the district court granting Federal National Mortgage Association's (FNMA) motion for summary judgment, denying Union's motion for preliminary injunctive relief as moot, and dismissing Union's second amended complaint. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
