This is a petition by Carter Carburetor Corporation (referred to as petitioner) to review a cease and desist order issued against it by the Federal Trade Commission under Section 11 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 21, and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 45, for violation of Section 3 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 14 and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act. The order was issued after hearings had been held upon complaint, amended complaint and answer, at St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia and New York, at which some 1,500 pages of testimony were taken and more than 300 exhibits were introduced.
