Plaintiff, John W. Wall, appeals the trial courts failure to award pre-judgment interest and to include additional property loss as part of its judgment rescinding his contract with defendant, Foster Petroleum Corporation. Defendant cross-appeals the trial courts judgment rescinding the contract. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
