Max Lieb, Jr., a 16-year old boy, was killed in an airplane crash. The appellant, Warren Taylor, administrator of the boys estate, brought this wrongful death action for damages, based on the alleged negligence of the airplanes owner and operator, appellee Interior Enterprises, Inc.
