Warren v. Hart

This is an appeal from an order entered pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), W.R.C.P. dismissing a post-divorce child-support petition for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Appellant mother filed a petition for modification of the original decree and of the subsequent change-of-custody order to require appellee father - Page 512 to pay child support which had not previously been determined in either the original decree when the father received custody or the subsequent amended decree when the mother received custody.
