Washington V. Bythrow

The trial court denied defendant's motion to sever two counts of robbery after balancing possible prejudice to defendant to have a fair trial and the concern for judicial economy. After conviction on both counts and affirmance by the Court of Appeals, defendant sought review. We affirm.
