Washington v. Lovelace

PEKELIS, C.J. -- Tyrone Lovelace (Lovelace) appeals his conviction for vehicular assault. Lovelace contends that there was insufficient evidence to support the trial courts conclusion that his driving while intoxicated was the proximate cause of the accident. We affirm.
