Washington V. Manchester

Robert E. Manchester was charged with two counts of first degree robbery and one count of taking a motor vehicle without permission. After waiving his right to a jury trial, he was convicted on all counts. He appeals alleging that the evidence is insufficient to convict him of robbery and that his statements to the police were inadmissible.
