MUNSON, J.--Steven Douglas McBride was found guilty of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana. He appeals, contending (1) there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict, (2) the court erred in admitting unduly prejudicial evidence, and (3) that RCW 10.66 is unconstitutional. We affirm the conviction and sentence but remand for reconsideration of the "protected against drug trafficking" (PADT) area and possible exceptions.
