Yeck v. Goodwin

HATCHETT, Circuit Judge. This case presents the issue of whether a lawyer's representation of the appellant and a co-defendant created such a conflict of interest that it adversely affected the lawyer's performance. Finding no adverse effect on the lawyer's performance, we affirm the district court's denial of habeas corpus relief.
