In this upbeat first book in the Sparkle Spa series, author/editor Santopolo (the Alec Flint Mysteries) introduces practical, organized fifth-grader Aly and her younger and comparatively impulsive sister, Brooke, whose mother owns a bustling nail salon, True Colors.
