Ananeosi (renewal) in a 21st Century Organisation Design

Organisations are expected to deliver complex endeavours in a world of continuous change which will be accelerated by AI. An organisation design is proposed which distances Scientific Management and hierarchy but makes use of untapped human capital to achieve greater flexibility and the ability to continuously adapt (ananeosi - renewal).
