After my maker died, I thought things could get easier. I could focus on finding my murderer.

I was wrong.

In less than a week’s time, four powerful mob bosses are snuffed out like candles, their bodies found on the shady side of Prohibition Chicago streets, apart like they had met with the business end of a meat grinder. This was no human killer, I know, because I’m one of them now. My problems can wait, I have to find the one responsible and stop them before anymore stiffs drop.

And I thought being murdered and coming back as a vampire was insane.
