According to MIT Sloan the global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market exceeds $50 billion annually and yet consistently between 55-75% of implementations fail to meet the expectations of business stakeholders. While vendors publish case studies of successful CRM projects, Longhaus believe that any approach that builds silos of customer data in the belief that this adds intrinsic value to the enterprise balance sheet or to the customer experience equation is flawed and outdated.
