Going Global: The Traveling Teddy Project

This book tells the story of the beginnings and development of the The Traveling Teddy Project, a global education project that uses teddy bears to connect early childhood classrooms across the world. The teddy bears serve as a powerful tool to open students up to the world and to the various media that connect us all. In Going Global, learn more about what makes the project tick, what tools we use to connect, and how we have troubleshot through both digital and logistical hurdles. The project continues to grow and evolve, but it is my hope that this multitouch book will allow readers to experience, through a variety of media (some of them created by student participants in the Traveling Teddy Project!), the core philosophy of Traveling Teddy.
