His Forgotten Heart

He wants everything she wants. 
Hell, they're even at the same conference, networking with the same people, for jobs that are basically equal to one another. 
He's perfect, and even has a little mystery to him, something she can't quite but her finger on… 

...but so much of her life has just been turned upside down. 

She's been so caught up in her job that she's blown away when she meets someone who takes an interest in her not for her profession, but for her as a person.
And yet, she's called away, right when she's so close to knowing him better.   
But guys like him could be with any woman they want, plenty of whom are not tied down by bigger, heavier obligations. 
Even if he has her number, why would he ever call *her*?
